If someone is making you uncomfortable or violating our guidelines, report them — we'll take it from there.
All reports go directly to the Pie moderation team for review. Reporting is private — the person you report won't know you did it.
📱 On the App
- Open the person's profile.
- Tap the ⋯ menu (top right).
- Select Report.
- Describe what's happening in your own words.
- Tap Submit.
You'll also be asked if you want to block them at the same time — you can do both in one step.
💻 On the Web
- Sign in at getpie.app and open their profile.
- Click the ⋯ menu.
- Select Report, describe the issue, and submit.
💡 You can report and block someone at the same time. Blocking cuts all contact immediately while your report is reviewed.
FAQ
Will the person know I reported them?
No. Reports are reviewed privately by the Pie team. The person you report won't be notified.
What happens after I report someone?
Your report goes to our moderation team, who review it manually. If someone has a history of violations, action may be taken faster.
Do I have to block them when I report?
No — blocking is offered as an option but it's not required. You can report without blocking.
Can I report a plan?
Currently you can only report users, not plans. If a plan has problematic content, report the host.
