Edit your plan anytime — or cancel if your plans change.
Editing a plan
You can update most details after publishing: title, description, date and time, location, visibility, and capacity. A few things lock in once a plan goes live:
- Request to Join can't be toggled after publishing
- Ticketing can't be removed once set up — you can update price and details, but not revert to a free plan
- A live plan can't be moved back to Draft
💡 If you add a capacity limit after people have already RSVP'd maybe, those RSVPs will drop to Invited automatically.
Canceling a plan
Only the plan owner can cancel. From the plan page, go to settings and select Cancel Plan.
For plans with paid tickets, you'll see a summary of ticket sales and fees before confirming. Canceling a ticketed plan refunds all ticket holders — and Pie recoups that amount from your Stripe account.

Can I edit the date after people have already RSVP'd?
Yes — you can update the date and guests will see the updated info.
What happens to the plan chat if I cancel?
The chat stays accessible after cancellation. Everyone who RSVP'd will get a push notification and SMS letting them know the plan was cancelled.
Can a cohost cancel?
No — only the plan owner can cancel.
