This article explains how payouts work, how to redeem your rewards, and what to expect after you earn points.
Tremendous payouts are for PCC earnings only and are separate from Stripe payouts. Ticket revenue from paid plans is paid out via Stripe, while PCC earnings (based on plan activity like joins and type) are paid via Tremendous at the end of the month.
Payout timing
Points are calculated on the first business day after the end of each month.
Within 5 business days, you’ll receive an email from Tremendous with your reward.
How Tremendous works
Pie uses Tremendous to send payouts.
- You do not need to create a Tremendous account
- You’ll receive a unique redemption link via email
- The email will come from: rewards@reward.tremendous.com
Redemption
To redeem your reward:
- Open the Tremendous email
- Click the redemption link
- Choose how you want to receive your payout (cash or gift card)
- Complete the redemption flow
Redemption window
You have 365 days from the end of the earning month to redeem your reward.
After that, the reward expires.
W9 requirement
If you earn $2,000 or more through Tremendous in a calendar year:
You’ll be required to submit a W9 You will not be able to redeem additional rewards until it’s completed
