Cohosts let you collaborate with others to manage a plan together.
🧩 What is a cohost?
A cohost is someone you invite to help manage your plan.
Cohosts can do almost everything the plan owner can, including:
- Editing plan details
- Messaging guests
- Managing the plan experience
However, cohosts cannot:
- Delete the plan
- Invite or remove other cohosts
👉 These actions are reserved for the plan owner only.
⚙️ How to add a cohost
You can add a cohost after your plan is created.
To add one:
- Open your plan
- Tap the ••• (top right)
- Select Add cohost
- Choose the person(s) you want to invite
📲 What happens after you invite a cohost
The person you invite will receive:
- A push notification
- An SMS message
When they open the plan, they’ll see options to:
- Accept
- Decline
👀 How cohosts appear on a plan
- Cohosts are shown on the plan under the main host
🔄 Removing a cohost
- Plan owners can remove cohosts at any time
- The removed cohost will be notified
⚠️ Things to know
- There is currently no limit to how many cohosts you can add
- Cohosts have near full control of the plan — invite carefully
- Cohosts are not counted toward plan capacity
- Cohosts may still appear in activity or guest views depending on interaction
