What you see on a plan depends on your role.
What everyone sees
All guests can see the plan title, date, time, location, cover image, and host info. If the host set a capacity limit, you'll see a capacity string (e.g. "5 going · 3 spots left").
What guests see
Guests can see everyone who's going — not just friends. Friends are highlighted at the top of the list. Guests see their own RSVP status but not the full attendee breakdown by status (Going / Maybe / Pending etc.) — that's host-only.
What hosts and cohosts see
Hosts and cohosts see the full attendee list grouped by RSVP status: Going, Maybe, Accepted, Pending, and Pending Purchase. They also have access to host-only controls: approving or declining requests, removing guests, and managing ticket sales.
FAQ
Can guests see who declined?
No — declined RSVPs are only visible to the host.
Can I see which friends are going before I RSVP?
Yes — friends who are going are shown on the plan page.
