What happens to tickets when plans change.
If you're a host and you cancel your plan
When you cancel a ticketed plan, Pie refunds all ticket holders. Pie recoups those refund amounts from you — if there aren't enough funds in your Stripe account, the balance is debited from your bank account.
You're also liable for any payment processing fees Pie incurs as a result of the cancellation.
If you're a guest and you want to cancel
You can cancel your RSVP from the plan page, but ticket fees are non-refundable. Cancelling your RSVP does not entitle you to a refund.
If you have a dispute about a charge, contact support@getpie.app.
Chargebacks
If a guest files a chargeback with their bank, Pie reserves the right to recoup that amount from the host associated with the plan.
