The Creator Performance Dashboard helps Pie Creator Club members understand their audience, track plan performance, monitor growth, compare activity with other creators, and review earnings.
The dashboard contains six main areas:
- Dashboard
- Plans
- Audience
- Leaderboard
- Payouts
- Referral codes
You can access the same information on the Pie website or in the Pie app. The screenshots in this article show the web version.
How to access your Creator Dashboard
On the web
- Go to getpie.app.
- Make sure you’re logged in to the Pie account connected to your Creator Club membership.
- Find the Access Creator Dashboard banner at the top of the page.
- Click the banner to open your dashboard.
In the Pie app
- Open Pie.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap the Settings gear in the top-right corner.
- Select 📶 Creator Dashboard.
Dashboard
The main Dashboard tab gives you an overview of your growth and performance.
At the top, you’ll see your current monthly ranking based on how many new accounts you’ve driven to Pie compared with other creators.
Your new-account ranking is different from your Leaderboard ranking. Your Dashboard rank is based on new accounts, while the Leaderboard is based on joins.
Follower growth over time
The Follower Growth chart shows how your follower count has changed over time.
Use the 15d, 30d, and 90d buttons to switch between time periods. This can help you identify growth spikes, understand your overall trend, and see how specific plans or promotions may have affected your audience.
New accounts over time
The New Accounts chart shows how many new Pie accounts you’ve driven during the selected period.
You can switch between the 15-day, 30-day, and 90-day views to understand whether your account-driving activity is growing, slowing down, or remaining consistent.
Top plans by joins
This section displays the five plans you’ve hosted that received the most joins.
For each plan, you can see:
- Total joins
- How many joiners were new to your plans
- How many were returning joiners
“New to your plans” means that it was the person’s first time joining one of your plans. It does not necessarily mean that they created a new Pie account.
Plan timing insights
These metrics help you understand when your plans tend to gain traction. You can use them to inform when you publish and promote future plans.
- Average time to first join: The average time between creating a plan and receiving its first join.
- Average time to third join: The average time between creating a plan and receiving its third join.
- Lead time: The average time between creating a plan and the plan’s scheduled start time.
- Peak join hours: The hours when your plans typically receive the most joins.
These are historical averages, so individual plans may perform differently.
Plans
Select Plans at the top of the dashboard to see the plans you’ve hosted.
Plans are organized by start date and include:
- Plan title
- Total joins
- People who were new to your plans
- Responses to open questions associated with the plan
Remember: New to your plans is an audience metric. It is not the same as receiving credit for driving a new account to Pie.
Use the search bar to find a plan by its title or another keyword. You can also review and export responses to open questions connected to your plans.
Audience
Select Audience to learn more about the people engaging with your plans.
Audience composition
Audience composition shows the percentage of your plan joins that came from:
- New joiners: People joining one of your plans for the first time
- Returning joiners: People who have previously joined one of your plans
This can help you understand whether your plans are primarily reaching new people or building a consistent returning community.
Top plan inviters
This section highlights the people who have invited the most people to your plans.
These may be especially engaged community members who help expand your reach.
Top plan joiners
This section shows the people who have joined the most plans you’ve hosted.
These are some of your most consistent audience members.
Suggested creator collaborations
At the bottom of the Audience page, you may see creators whose followers most closely overlap with or resemble your audience.
These suggestions can help you identify creators whose communities may be a good fit for collaborations or co-hosted plans.
Leaderboard
Select Leaderboard to see how your monthly joins compare with other Pie creators.
The Leaderboard shows:
- Your current rank
- Your total joins for the month
- Other creators ranked by monthly joins
- The market associated with each creator
Use the location filter to view creators in a particular market or select Everywhere to see the broader leaderboard.
Leaderboard ranking is based on joins across creators’ plans. It is different from the new-account ranking displayed on your main Dashboard and Payouts pages.
Payouts
Select Payouts to review your current activity and finalized earnings.
At the top, you’ll see your Creator Club profile information, rewards term, and current ranking for new accounts.
Current-month activity
The activity section shows live totals for the current month, including:
- Accounts created
- Joins
- Public plans hosted
- Private plans hosted
These numbers are useful for monitoring your progress, but they may not exactly match your finalized earnings.
For example, if someone creates a Pie account through you and then deletes that account during the same month, you may not receive earnings credit for that account.
Joins and payout timing
Dashboard activity and payouts may use different timing.
- Your dashboard records a join when someone RSVPs to your plan.
- Payout credit is generally recorded when the plan actually takes place.
For example, if someone joins a plan this month but the plan happens next month:
- The join may appear in this month’s live dashboard activity.
- Any eligible payout credit is applied based on when the plan takes place.
This can make your live joins appear higher than your finalized payout activity for a particular month. It does not necessarily mean anything is missing.
Monthly statements
Use the statement section to review finalized earnings from previous months.
Monthly statements may include:
- Final points earned
- Earnings by category
- Adjustments
- Your finalized monthly total
Your monthly statement—not the live activity section—is the source of truth for finalized earnings.

Referral codes
Select Referral Codes from the Payouts area to find the personal code you can use to refer other creators to Pie Creator Club.
To receive referral credit:
- Share your personal referral code with the creator you’re referring.
- Ask them to enter the code exactly as it appears on your dashboard.
- Make sure they submit it as part of their Creator Club application.
If the creator is accepted, the $100 referral earning will be credited to your account based on their acceptance date.
You can copy and paste the code directly from your dashboard to avoid spelling or formatting errors.
Referral credit cannot be guaranteed if the creator does not enter your code or enters it incorrectly.
Important things to know
- Dashboard information is live and may continue to change.
- Monthly activity is different from finalized earnings.
- Your new-account rank and Leaderboard rank measure different activity.
- “New to your plans” does not mean “new account created.”
A join may appear before it becomes eligible for payout credit.
- Account deletions and other eligibility adjustments may affect finalized earnings.
- Your monthly statement is the source of truth for completed payout periods.
